Caliber Collision Careers and Employment

About us
Caliber Collision didn’t get to be the nation’s largest collision repair company by accident. It’s taken an unyielding commitment to be the collision repair center of choice in every community we serve – a vision that began when our company was founded in 1997 and continues strong to this day.

We’re not just part of the collision repair industry
 – more... - we lead it.

Some days can be fun, but a lot of the time your days are long and stressful. Very few shops have a great culture and have perfected a good process to make everyone's job easier. There are so many things to do and not enough time in your 10 hour work day to get them done.
Pros
Coworkers can be fun
Cons
Long hours, extremely stressful at times
