Collections Specialist II (Former Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKSeptember 13, 2018
This company has the potential to be great but given the current compensation plan it’s lackluster to say the least. There is no company engagement or involvement within the office. The team moral is just downright depressing. Recruiting is the most uninvitive, unresponsive, ill managed team within the company. They say they promote within, when in reality they hire external candidates at a much faster rate.
Pros
Great flexibility with scheduling
Cons
No advancement opportunities

The days were long from the lack of work. Use to be a great place, went down with new management. This had a negative effect on many things. The people are the best thing about this job.

Good but getting worse
Desktop Support Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Kirkland, WASeptember 9, 2018
When I started things were a bit scattered do to being extremely busy. As time went on in just a matter of 3 years we had IT Executive management changes. Every time a project was started we would change executives and mid way through start a new project. Millions of dollars were wasted and nothing was ever done correctly when it was completed as the project managers had no experience and didn't consult the people their project was effecting on what they needed. Now after all the waste and improper management they are going through layoffs and keeping only the newest, most inexperienced and cheapest.

Poor Manage- stressful work enviorment
Underwriter Associate (Former Employee) –  Ontario, CAAugust 7, 2018
Mortgage underwriting system very difficult to use. Not user friendly too many work arounds on the system. Management expects you meet goals but do not help in meeting goals. Must work overtime to met goals but company doesn't like paying overtime to help achieve goals. Employees tend to work off clock to try to meet goals.

Not a good place to work at this time
Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor/Jr. Underwriter (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXJuly 25, 2018
Moral is down, Sr. Management does not see the affect that they have made with the changes that do not benefit loan processing. Many good people have left or are in the process of leaving.

I worked with a great team!
Government Insuring Analyst (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXJuly 24, 2018
My tenure was short at Caliber. Great team members, management is sketchy. Definite opportunities for growth within the organization if you have a good manager.
Pros
Flexible schedules, causal dress code.
Cons
Terrible management and training.
