If I were to leave California Coast Credit Union the reason would be because there’s no opportunity to advance. In addition I would want to leave because of the fact that the culture is so antiquated and I want to work somewhere where there is motivation, passion for members, and employees get rewarded properly for their great performance

Get more involved in the company you're running. The culture of the company is thriving in some areas but others need a lot of work. Understanding the importance of creating good morale and an environment people want to come to work to will prevent such high turn about in certain departments. Take a long hard look at the procedures we use in comparison with other related companies - there is a reason they have more members than Cal Coast - there is a huge disconnect with CCCU - they really need to bring themselves forward into the 21st century for the sake of both members benefit and ease of use and the employees emotional health in not having to deal with the huge influx of angry members.
