Get rid of employees that see inmates as "subhuman". This flawed approach only leads to lack of trust on both sides and no possibility of enlightenment through education and job training. Many of these "Subhuman criminals" will return to the streets and if treated like some suggest... as the enemy and not worthy of redemption, then that is what they will be... and when those you treat as such do return to the only life you left them to know by not doing your job, don't cry when that crime and violence lands on your doorstep... be the solution not the problem.
