Drug addicted newborns, sexually abused children, runaway teens and unemployed high school dropouts are finding a family at CFLC. Not enough pay for one’s qualifications. Director had Favoritism in Department. This is a Non Profit Organization. No micromanage in a department. Lunch breaks at your convenience.

The work that CFLC is doing in their community is very impressive. I have seen firsthand how deeply connected they are with partners (private and governmental) and is in that sense, a household name in Riverside County. A great place to work!
California Family Life Center is a great place to work. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something. Leadership is transparent and accessible at any time. CFLC has great medical benefits and 401(K). Best of all our work assist children and young adults, ages 0 to 24 trapped in hopelessness and despair become compassionate and contributing members of the community.

Understaffed and under paid
13.33 to have your life threatened regularly. Staff are not valued or treated with any authority. The expect an unreasonable amount of meeting attendance even for those working graveyards and living an hour away.
