Once one has been phone screened, the interview process is approximately 30min long. The staffing coordinator asks questions pertaining to ones ability and experience with working with children. Once one has passed the interview, that person will go through an Applied Behavioral Analysis training to acquire the necessary terminology and skill set needed for the position.
They take way too long to actually get you started once you're hired.
