12+ hrs/day on weekdays. Only 8-10 hours total on Saturday and Sunday. Time includes commuting time to school district and meet with executive board and members, talking on phone with members, replying to emails, "voluntarily" attending weekend training, "voluntarily" attending weekend staff meetings, etc.

Answer hypos in STAR format - Situation/Task, Analysis / Action, and Resolution. Be confident, but also emphasize you welcome constructive criticism. I'm not sure if the interview panel was joking with me, but they probed as to whether I was ethically malleabl. It felt like they were making a poor attempt at entrapment. I got hired. CSEA is by far the worst place I have ever worked.

It doesn't matter what the sick policy is. It all depends on whether your field director deems you are truly sick. Even if you are sick, you are expected to work from home and answer your phone calls. Bottom line: Do not even think of getting sick.
