I hate it. There is favoritism. They won't let you take breaks or go to lunch if there are many calls. They reject mostly all the requests for days off. I HATE IT.... already looking for a better job

It was pretty chill when I began, but then all of a sudden all these rules came. They do the absolute most for a very small office. Poor management between the people who run the office. They do not know how to properly do their jobs. Always taking about someone with one another.

Agents are always quitting because of the management! You’ll get fired for the smallest thing. They claim to care about you but its all lies. They are not this “compassionate call center” they claim to be.
