Was rather easy. The HR staff is amazing. You take 4 assesments and have an interview. If they think you are a match for the company you will have an offer extended.

I would say great, depending on your role. As a PCR or Floor Champ it can be very stressful at times, however, most jobs can be. They enjoy hearing new ideas and everyone I had the chance to work with was always open to hearing ideas or suggestions.
