Pretty sure they print out the most generic interview questions. If you google interview questions, you've got exactly what they ask. They do a phone interview and an in person interview that includes a typing, grammar and spelling test and a run through of the script that you are expected to follow, but it is an outdated script that makes no sense and cannot be relied on OR you will get in trouble for following the wrong directions that are included in the script.
