I thoroughly enjoyed working at Callagy Law. I wish I worked there longer to fully get to know my colleagues and partake in the activities and challenges planned. The moral around the office was always positive and friendly. Everyone was open to helping anyone with questions. I have nothing to say about that office!

The people at Callagy are, by and large, fantastic and I truly enjoyed working with many of the people at the firm. There is definitely an attempt to foster a family business type of atmosphere and it has, mostly, succeed. With that said, there is limited opportunity for true advancement (for example, virtually none of the partners at the firm rose up from within) and the management style varies dramatically between the different departments (some are great and others are decidedly less so). Overall, this could be a great place to start a career, but unless you have a very particular mindset (one that very closely mirrors the owner's mindset) it may not be the place you wish to spend the majority of your career.

When starting at Callagy you feel a very family oriented presence, with group huddles filled with laughter. However, slowly but surely you realize it is all very fake and almost cult like. The "obsession" or adoration of the boss and higher ups is not normal. My job is to the point and what I signed up for. The money is OK for entry level, but I feel I did more for the current rate. People come and go and tend to be young unless they are managerial.

Supervise, train and coordinate three Junior Liaisons. Review Accounts Receivables to verify accurate payments from Insurance Carriers and to identify any underpayments. Monitor Accounts Receivables to ensure all outstanding claims for the client have been satisfied. Compute, generate and submit monthly Accounts Receivables reports for every case to provide current updates to the team regarding all client accounts. Responsible for business development and client retention. Track all clients’ financial data reporting for due dates to ensure timely delivery to requestors. Run expense analysis reports on a monthly basis. Conduct quarterly audits on all client accounts to generate reports for supervisor. Assist in monitoring and review of expenditures, revenue and budget for compliance management. Develops positive rapport with clients as their Trusted Advisor and responsible for providing a unique personal legal experience for each client. Attend professional development training on a quarterly basis. Foster a collaborative and effective interdepartmental communication approach in order to reach goals and deadlines.
