I would typically finish tasks within 3 hours and the workload was not burdensome. I created a lot of the work instructions and guides that were needed to do the job correctly. My direct manager was a micromanager that gave us projects instead of letting us handle the accounts. Culture was good - everyone laughed and joked, but my direct boss could make days at work very uncomfortable. The hardest part of my job was learning how to overcome the learning curve.
