Fast Pace but Poor Management

Arrived and clocked in as you're suppose to. Turn on machines and collect work order for the day. Program machines for the work order and proceed to make products. Management is seen roughly once or twice a day. Training is poor. If your curious about how things work or the reasoning behind it, its a 50% shot whether they give you an accurate answer.
Prosfriendly environment, saftey concious, good pay
