Stressful kids, intense schedule
Written by teacher (Former Employee) from Harrisburg, PA on November 29, 2018
The days were longer- start at 7:00 am and finish at 3:30 or later, with no lunch breaks for teaching staff. There were certain job descriptions and roles that I was promised in the interview that did not occur once I was hired. There is a lot of role confusion among the leadership and teachers do not feel supported enough from the administration. - more... The kids are excessively challenging in larger groups. Classes went for 45 minutes. - less
Prospay was decent
Consnot enough support for teachers, confusion in relation to administration
