The company's goal to provide services to those with mental and physical disabilities is carried out everyday. Directors oversee case management and a fully staffed medical clinic. I felt like there was a lot of transparency within the agency, but the low pay rate drove a lot of people to leave. The environment seemed like it was a transitional job - more... for a lot of people. While everyone seemed to share the philanthropic nature of the job, the amount of stress was felt due to the demand of the clients that we were serving. - less
ProsFlexible time schedule, transparency, comfortability and openness with my supervisors
ConsLow pay due to it being a nonprofit
