You get worked hard and put away wet as they use college students to do the work in childcare. We run day camps for around 50-60 hours per week at below minimum wage. You get a living stipend that is enough to cover most costs in the countries they send you to. Travel is recommended while there, but not everybody does. Lots of restrictions for people in the program. It is worth the experience if you can handle the culture, work, and low pay.
