I very much liked what I was doing. During my last year with them, I worked at one of their home offices in the morning, then went to work on a small property in the afternoon. I just personally felt that I needed to advance more than I did after having worked there for 3 years, which is why I moved on.
They are nice people to work for. If you become - more ... a property manager and you do a good job, they will take care of you and provide job security. - less
ProsGreat learning opportunity
ConsYou need to become a portfolio manager & take on alot of properties to advance & make good pay
