Academic Advisor (Current Employee) – Fort Bragg, NC – March 27, 2018
I love a lot of things about working for Campbell, but recognize that I worked at an extended campus, so I did not experience the typical work environment. I worked in an environment that may be more relaxed than the traditional culture of the Main Campus.
Pay was not great, even after receiving numerous promotions. Benefits were better than some places, but not terribly outstanding. The support from Main Campus was nonexistent. I felt that we were simply a line to generate revenue for the University and funnel adult learners into the Online program.
Laid back atmosphere as long as work got done, fun work family
Intern, Campbell Track (Current Employee) – Buies Creek, NC – March 20, 2018
Campbell University is a great place to work/intern at. I am currently a senior here at the University and I have luckily taken up an internship job here at Campbell with the track program and my experience thus far as been incredible, the coaching staff and players on the team are all very cool, helpful and cooperative. Everyone is nice and caring and willing to lend out a helping hand if need be. I cant speak for the rest of the University but the staff of the track team are all very nice kind hearted individuals.
Calculus III Teacher's Assistant (Former Employee) – Buies Creek, NC – March 19, 2018
I was responsible for leading a Calculus III lecture every Friday, where I would go over any homework and the class and I would cover new content together. The students were great; I never had a behavioral issue. I think that it is a supportive environment and it was a great experience.

No organization or leadership. Every man for him self mindset within the organization. People are left to figure everything out on their own and make it the best way they can. No one is available for help.
