As a sales Associate you will find that you have to move a LOT of campers to get over the 640 dollar compensation that you are told you will make. This can happen but not on gross but on what is called a mini. The least amount you will make on any deal. If you move a 75000 dollar Travel Trailer you will find more often than not that you will only make - more ... a mini. There is no gross left after the set sales price that all the customers are allowed to cut to death just to move a trailer.
My advice? Work anywhere but here so you can make money on your gross. - less
ProsGreat Benefits
ConsExpect to make 640 every two weeks unless you move a LOT of product
