Stop allowing nepotism. Tired of seeing one person be involved in management decisions when they should have been fired months ago for not doing their jobs but instead they are given raises, new positions and gets asked their thoughts on everything from meeting agendas to hiring people. Terrible, loud, unprofessional, inappropriate with workers, customers and employees' spouses who is also able to facetime and eat in front of customers. Makes me ill. This is why you have a high turnover rate.

Here's what need too be done to make your store stand out among other stores
Your employees NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING,meaning if a customer asks where this at ? He or she must know where that is in the store and the salesperson that can help out that customer find what there looking for , not I don't know this not my department or just point its over there ? Or when ask do you need any help
And salesman doesn't know the answer to your question? Then why did he or she ask if you needed any help you can go any big box store an get that ! But not here at camping wolrd ? You get that same answer
