CCS is a good place to work however the management is lacking on follow through when it comes to employee issues. The patients are great. I liked talking with them.

Working at CCS was okay in the beginning but that ended quickly. There are cliques especially with the clinical staff (a LOT of drama). Management and doctors have their favorites and they show it. If you don’t fall into their favorites category don’t bother going to them for any problems. They won’t be taken care of, they will just side with whomever they like more.

In such an intense environment like a cancer treatment center, the staff and management make things so much harder. There are cliques and a definite separation from clinical staff and administrative staff. The management lacks professionalism and effective communication.
