Most rewarding job I could have ever asked for! I loved my job there - from doctors, nurses, therapists, culinary, maintenance, etc., everyone makes you feel apart of a family. I am grateful to have been part of such an amazing atmosphere!
Peri-Anesthesia Nurse in Goodyear, AZ

Staffing ratio is better than most companies. Gives out annual bonuses if the company is productive.Work culture is healthy, with good work life balance.
RN Staff Nurse in Tulsa, OK
on May 11, 2022
This was one of the best facility's I worked in during my career as an RN. The culture of care and the quality of people who they hire is one of the best things about it. Pay is fair and benefits are unmatched. Great bonus at the end of every fiscal year

Only thing good about CTCA is your benefits package. They are always over worked and under staffed. They try to do a lot with little staff. Patients are moved and rescheduled frequently. Management from corporate is poor. They were spending money on rent and other stuff that nobody eve knew about. Poor communication. Have one person stretched between two offices and 3 physicians. Burn out is highly likely by everyone working there.
Marketing Team in Goodyear, AZ
on May 2, 2022
Although the management were less than stellar, the patients and caregivers made the workplace politics and hostile work environment almost worth it.
