The usual but they are expensive and you are lucky if you ever have the time to use your vacation time or take days off to use your medical or dental insurance, scheduling sucks

Stop the office politics and the bullying. Promote based on job performance and not who you know. Give the nurses adequate coverage on the floors. Treat patients all the same regardless of their type of insurance. Get those back stabbing-rumor mill hags out of there and fire entire Executive team and HR team and start over!
