The working hours are not good unless you are an upper level employee. There is no work/life balance.
Good hours no weekends, several shifts

Working hours are horrible. The way they schedule is not work/life balance friendly in any way for low level employees. I worked all shifts so I never felt like I got a full day off a week, let alone two days in a row.
Expect you to have ZERO overtime but the work load requires some. But they will not allow the OT. stressful to get your work done correctly
As a manager expect to work 50-60 hours a week, or more. You will be expected to do the work of 3-6 people because they laid off 50% of the supervisors, managers, and directors.
Working hours depend on the job performed. Nurses have different hours than office workers, for example.
