Working here is like jumping on a bullet train. Everything moves very fast however you are greatly rewarded with success. Change is constant however you can get used to it.

An excellent company to work for: not so much bureaucracy for such a big company. The colleagues are intelligent and supportive, and the management can always give a helping hand. The whole ecosystem of products can be intimidating, so join only if you are ready to learn something new and enter the unknown. I like this culture.

You’ll work with some of the most intelligent coworkers in any department. Sales leaders lack all transparency (fair warning). Quota numbers make zero sense with sales splits between field, inside, cloud, and partner channel teams. Deals can be closed within your account including RENEWALS, and you won’t get paid. Other teams WILL close deals on your accounts, this is not a joke, this is a warning. Save yourself the time, effort, and stress. Don’t work in sales at this company. Other departments have it pretty calm.

Very difficult place to work. No recognition, no respect, just beratement and public humiliation in front of peers. The only good thing was traveling to cool places for company meetings but that was also when the most verbal abuse of employees occurred.

Canonical has a great lead in product Ubuntu Linux, which is free. Building service products to help win customers was a great fun and rewarding. Growth in the company and specifically the Exec management were at times challenging.
