Love the company culture

I love working for Canopy. There is a healthy worklife balance and the team members are so fun. The hardest part of the job is having to schedule calls to communicate since we are remote. The most enjoyable part of the job is having leaders trust you to get your job done.

Productive and great environment to work. There is a great company culture with coworkers that are always willing to help when you face a problem. Managers really care about onboarding and giving you the knowledge and guidance for you to succeed.

I am really enjoying my time at Canopy. I feel the culture is great and the benefits are great.

I was hired as the HR Manager and I am learning so much from the COO. We have daily meetings "Huddles" Company wide and express Wins, Shootouts, and Critical Issues. This really helps with team atmosphere in a remote space. The hardest part of the job is learning the lingo and software's.

Work life balance and a great culture. CEO really cares about the company.

Good Co-Workers / Horrible Pay

Co-Workers are great, they will help you out when needed. You have certain tasks that need to be completed on a weekly base, so even when you take days off usually you still have to finish those tasks when you are back. Pay is horrible and even when they promised you for promotion there is no guarantee you will get a raise. Overall, good company for you to learn to work digitally, but not a good company for long term.

Awesome group of people

Fast-paced and stressful at times, but my co-workers made it all worth it. I loved the flexibility of being able to work from home, and to work with team members from all over the globe.
