Canteen pays a standard rate-above average for high school diploma or GED entry level positions. They are easy to start at the lower tier but have limited opportunities for advanvement within local cost centers. Saleried employess such as myself are expected to work 50+ hours a week while hourly employees have no overtime oppertunities. Route Drivers - more ... are expected to work such as saleried employees while being classified as hourly employees, without overtime however can qualify for commission if a minimum dollar per route per week threshold if met. - less
