A fun, productive family like atmosphere

First thing I do is check on my staff , making sure all is taken care of, solve any problems and give them an outlook for the day and week.
Check and respond emails and voicemails.
Check my to do list for the day and start knocking each one off my list.
A staff meeting is held every morning with key operational managers on recaping the day before, addressing the current day and planning ahead.
I receive continuous phone calls to solve guest credit issues, problems with their stay, handling orders and working closely with vendors.
Working hand in hand with other departments is a consistant part of the job.
In the afternoon I switch to my accounting role and tackle the accounts receivable.
