Care Manager/Staff development in Auburn, WA
on November 19, 2019
It was a great place although not perfect but good enough compared to other nursing facility, neat, clean and great people to work with.
Everyone is treating as family, although some are exceptions. Sometimes stressful at the end of the day there is no easy job. Everything has areas for improvement, open door management team.
Canterbury House Assisted Living in Alexandria, LA

This is a family run establishment that doesn’t let a nurse do their job. All they want you to do is pass meds and order them. Management runs all the calls if someone is sick, not taking meds, or anything else. All appointments are handled thru a secretary in the main office so residents out of the facility without nurse knowledge.
Assistant manager in Auburn washington
on March 20, 2019
Absolutely, i would not recommend this facility for wirk or residents, management is the worst i have ever in my life cone across.
Very bad management, they lie, scam, and corporate could care less, you actually have to hire an attorney, to make sure anything is taken care of , they have people in management that have been terminated and brought back in as managers, omg wake up healthcare ..what are you doing??
