How are we supposed to care for 90-100 patients with only 3-4 CNAs?

Ive worked for this company before in the Texoma region and that facility was wonderful, so when i learned that they had another facility in Flower Mound after i moved this way i was ecstatic. But this place has been one long nightmare of critical under staffing after another. Management Does Not care at all, to the point the Administrator turns his - more ... phone off if he is no in the building, and the DON does not write up frequent NCNS's making the staffing worse. Do not expect to be recognized for putting in the extra effort to make this place work. - less
