Overall, I felt good about going to work because I really wanted to help children learn and grow. At times, I felt very overwhelmed by the amount of things I was expected to accomplish in one day and by the lack of support when problems arose inside the classroom. There were always moments of great success in children's progress but it was also a very stressful job.

I felt good telling people I worked for CAPCA because we tried to make it the best program we could and overall, families had good experiences at our school. The mission of the organization is to help children and families and that is definitely something I support.
