Be professional, Listen to your staff make sure while working in hospital you make the patient feel he or she is in good hands treat them with kid gloves for each patient is going threw their own issues
I wouldn't tell people who didn't have a chance at having a job that they had one and keep them around just because they need bodies. I'd be realistic and have a happier work environment because I would try to understand what the main entry level people have to do in order to keep things running not keep applying pressure on them to go faster and make it uncomfortable for not only the patients as commented by so many of them but also the workers.
