Lately Cape Fear Valley have been forcing their long time workers to resign, mostly workers with 25-39 years of service. Cape Fear Valley do not offer retirement and pay raises are only given to higher up/butt kissers! Bad place to work for but if you need a job for experience on your resume do it and move on!!!
