As of the time of this review, I am approaching 6 months with CapFront. I have experience at several other financial companies as both a broker and, although uncertain prior to the job due to previous sales experiences, I can now tell you CapFront does exactly what they say. As soon as my second month, I was able to earn more than double the amount I had made in any sales job prior and this was all from building a pipeline from scratch. The only way this is possible is if the company has the platform and resources to help you achieve these targets and, indeed, they do.A typical day here consists of reaching out to 100+ potential clients as well as following up on previous conversations and identifying opportunities to assist the client. I also enjoy the fact that there is a consultative approach coupled with a true dual-track funding program to help small business owners graduate into better financial products for the long-term. Management does not micromanage and always gives you feedback to help you improve and increase your closing ratios. They also have monthly bonus programs and are truly looking for ways for their employees to make additional income. The hardest part about the job is the hardest part about any sales position (if this is what you are applying for), self-motivation. There is no micromanagement so as long as you are self-motivated and hold yourself accountable for your daily outreach efforts, you will be able to build a good book of business and actually reap the benefits from it, unlike most companies. Additionally, it's refreshing to have management who are real people and are truly focused on helping their employees.I highly recommend working at CapFront because this, by far, has been the best professional decision I have made.

A typical work day is making 100+ calls a day, submitting deals & closing deals. As your doing this process the company positions you to understand what type of file is qualified for a tier 1 program through a tier 5 program. From there, the owners will explain the approvals to you so you can increase your product knowledge. The management team is great and they don't micromanage you and the work environment is relaxing. The hardest part about the job is staying locked in on your assignments and make sure you hit your monthly goal which I hold myself accountable for. The most enjoyable part about the job is the company rewards you for working hard. They have really great bonuses.
