Client and Goal Oriented
Capgemini, throughout the organization, is driven to work with their clients to help them succeed. This is how the workplace culture is orchestrated. They are very goal oriented to meet these goals while at the same time using their values as their guidance.

They don't know what they're doing
On paper the job is theoretically good. But the job atmosphere is terrible. You hear bad stories the moment you get in. People start drama and act downright shameful. No one cares about each other and overall, the culture is very bitter, full of drama and selfish. The pay is good and the benefits are good. Training is good, trainers are very good. Schedule is good. Oh, and multiple people in my training class were hired under false pretenses including myself. They gave us specific details of the job and trained us on that up until 2 weeks before we hit the floor and our entire job and premise changed, which upset a lot of people and a few people left because of it.

Pay & Management
No one actually cares about you there accept for your fellow employees. The leads care because management will rip them a new one otherwise. & HR is nonexistent. You're better off applying for HR yourself to be able to get answers. The pay is terrible for the amount of work & time put into the job. The benefits are slim to none, & they dont even truly offer flexibility. It's either you have a "good enough" excuse for them or you get cut or put on time management as if people dont have life issues. Managers, supervisors, and leads are just as clueless when it comes to information. I watched good friends of mine quit or fired because CG truly isn't about the people, it's about the money. And I wish I never chose to work with this company because every check I received was WRONG. Missing hours. And guess who couldn't help you with your pay since some other company deals with checks? Cap. Gemini. I'm happy for anyone who found a good footing with this company, but personally save yourself looking for another job later on & skip this place. Its gonna have its lies catch up soon enough. This is such a sad company and I dont even know how it functions to this day.
Don't work here
It was a nightmare place to work. They pay extremely poorly, although the benefits aren't bad. The management is TERRIBLE with little to no training. I moved quite a distance to take the job, only to be told 8 months later that they were shipping all the jobs in the unit to India--and we were expected to train our replacements. Found out they KNEW the job was going away when they hired my whole team. So much for their mission statement about honesty and integrity. I wouldn't go back to work for them if they doubled my salary. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!

Management does not know what they are doing. Everything is a party to them. Send you to a city that is in a high crime area and indicate you will only have to be there for a few weeks and then tell you, you will be needed for several months.
