Terrible work life balance, teams form their clicks and think they know everything and no one else has a clue about how things should work. Hostile work environment, they put out protocols for you to follow and every manager and team lead make up their own rules. They are rude to fellow team members, condescending in front of the whole office at times and not one upper management does a thing to help the team workers. Spreadsheet this spreadsheet that.. just do the job the client is asking for in the time they ask and quit wasting peoples time and clients time and money. Put the right people in place, don’t hire to fill a chair to look good for a client and the person can’t or doesn’t know anything about the work they were hired to produce. Run!
