Director of Business Development (Current Employee) – Sterling, VA – February 8, 2017
Capgemini, throughout the organization, is driven to work with their clients to help them succeed. This is how the workplace culture is orchestrated. They are very goal oriented to meet these goals while at the same time using their values as their guidance.
Onshore Test Lead (Current Employee) – New Jersey – July 12, 2018
Capgemini is a good company to work with and learn new technologies. It provides ample opportunities for learning. Its vast presence over the globe gives opportunity to the employees to work across its location
Staff Consultant (Former Employee) – South San Francisco, CA – June 29, 2018
As a fresh grad employee, it was hard to be part of Capgemini. Constantly shifting projects, traveling across the country, bench time, etc. It was hard to find a rhythm and know what was expected of me.
But it is good for people who can adjust on the fly and enjoy seeing the inside of different companies.
Call center supervisor (Current Employee) – Pensacola, FL – June 27, 2018
The company has a heavy foreign influence that is making it very hard to work there. I am being micromanaged by someone in India that has no idea on how to run a call center and is just looking at numbers
we were just there to train the Indian people who will take over our jobs.
Infrastructure Analyst (Former Employee) – Santa Clarita, CA – June 20, 2018
This company only takes care of the people working in Mumbai and Bangalore, India. If you are not from this place you are nothing. I cannot say more since we were just hired to train the people that will take over our jobs.
Senior Consultant/Programmer Lead (Current Employee) – Universal City, CA – June 17, 2018
After acquiring my parent company iGate, there has been a lot of changes in Capgemini policy that are often discriminating and unfavorable to iGate employees compared to Capgemini employees like reduced compensation, relocation allowance and other HR benefits.
The management was for the most part very decent. There was no future in this job as we were hired as a temporary measure until new management could take over. One manager, in particular, was absolutely worthless in help employees in the transition and would not help any of us try to make a clean exit.
Software QA Engineer (Former Employee) – IN – June 10, 2018
The workplace culture is totally biased. Managers do favourism and racism with the co- employees and promote on the basis of that . The management is even worse, no compensation benefits and forget about promotions.
