Better trainers who actually have one-on-ones and not just sit there and judge your progress.
Yes. I was able to work from home every Friday. I worked in IT, so there was some flexibility because we tend to work on projects that required working at different times of the day.
It is a call center, so there is a certain urgency to call-taking. There is time to resolve issues to completion, though.
