Very political and cliquish. At times it is not very personable and is very resistant to change. It really depends on who your management team is. The best managers and business experience I ever had were at Capital Group. Sadly the worst I've ever had were also at Capital Group. If I'm honest the bad managers tended to outweigh the good ones.
