Overall good company
Written by Senior Personal Lines Underwriter (Current Employee) from Roseville, CA on May 17, 2018
Positive in that the Roseville staff all get along very well. The upper management are not available to discuss real issues. Poor management in some areas of the company, with little upward opportunity in some departments. There is no training or very little in most departments, sink or swim.

CEO does not communicate well with regards to the vision - more ... of the future of the company. He keeps to himself and does not share information very well.

Typical too much work for one person on a daily basis. However in some departments there is good back up support and they help each other. Lack o ... - less
ProsFree Lunch on Mondays, ESOP Program, Good Management in the Roseville office
ConsPoor Management, lack of communication and no training
