Here’s how it goes. Fill
Out an app and usually take an assessment if it’s your first time applying, if the recruiter for the job likes your app and resume they will send you an online video interview it’s just you answering behavioral based questions like you’re on face time, if that goes well the recruiter will call you- times on this can vary I’ve waited weeks to the next day , they will talk about what the position is and pay and ask if you’re still interested if so they will tell you the days and times available to come in for an interview with a hiring manger, you will have a 1:1 interview in a small room typically on the floor you would be hired on they will ask you 4 behavioral questions that they want answered in the STAR method. After the interview is over they will tell you a time frame to hear back from the recruiter about the position” the hiring manager told me it could be up to two weeks, however the recruiter contacted me the next day and offered me the position. Just be prepared for your interview and answer the questions correctly- the more details the better. I was also given a tour after my interview of the call center
When I applied to be a customer solutions specialist it took about 2 months after applying to get a response for an interview. After the interview, I received a job offer the next day.
It took 3 weeks still get a response for interview and hiring date one month later after both interviews.
Applied and 2 weeks later received a call from HR to schedule interview. The interview was behavioral (Star method, 4 questions) and job fit interview. I received a job offer the next day.
My entire process took 27 days from start to finish. I hope this helps, as I did a ton of research and depended on these questions and answers to get through the process.
I got referred by a friend who works there as a customer service representative. I applied and got an email about 5 days later to do a video interview. 3 days later, I received an email invitation for onsite interview, with interview tips from my recruiter. 7 days after my interview, I got a call from my recruiter telling me I was hired.
This is where the nerves set in, I knew I had to go through a background check done by the FBI. My credit is horrible, and I have a few misdemeanor charges from years ago. My mind was put at ease. I went in for fingerprints on a Monday & got a call saying I was all clear by Wednesday. Once I received that call, my official welcome letter & i9 form was in my workday account!
I hope this helps.
Good luck & God bless.

About four months. Applied and waited about a month before they sent me the assessment test. Waited about another month and a half to an email telling me the position I applied for had changed names and asked me to reapply. I did that, and approximately three weeks later they sent me a request for a "FaceTime" style interview. This went well and I heard back from them about three days later with a request for a face-to-face interview. Had a great interview and got a job offer a few days later. Received a request to be finger printed and a full background check. About a week later found out I made it through all and received a start date. A challenging, yet very rewarding interview process.
