Over the top vetting and false option for salary negotiation.
Phone interview screening for job fit. Video response interview with job fit and behavioral questions. In person interview with one or two hiring managers. It took me about 3 -4 weeks from start to finish to get hired on and start the next training session .
I applied for a Senior Service position. About 5 days later, I got an email to submit a video interview. It was basic interview questions. 3 days after that, I received an email for an on site interview. That interview consisted of behavioral questions and using the STAR method. About 3 days later, I received a call welcoming me to the team.
3 interviews. First with recruiter. Behavioral interview and job fit questions with managers. Not too bad.
The interview process is great and sustainable
Interview was first a phone screen then a group interview of 4 Capital One employees

There are two phases, one is a digital interview where you answer questions provided on the app. The next phase you go in person and are interviewed by two managers.

Generally there are assessments, video interviews, and then an in person "Power day" where you will have multiple interviews in one day. Look on the we-site they outline the process pretty well.

I did the online application on Wednesday and the Virtual Interview on a Friday. Monday morning the recruiter called me for an in person interview, which I did that following Friday morning. The next Tuesday afternoon, the HR specialist called me to offer me the job.
Phone Interview/Virtual Interview via webcam/In person interview. Not so bad, just have a few experiences handy to speak about, that highlight your strengths.
