The interview process requires all required educational and employment verification requirements. Professional dress is expected. The interviews are performed by HR staff who have advance within the agency and understand each location and consumers which is nice. The directors and managers often participate as well. You maybe asked to come in for a second interview as the company tries to ensure that the position, potential employee and consumers will be a good fit. The company does not want to see so much turn over but they do talk about taking job seriously so that consumers don't always have to have new staff coming in and out of their life. Many positions are entry level therefore this will be expected.
