Leadership is unorganized, unsupportive and passive aggressive
Site Manager (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA 98122 – June 25, 2019
They overwork and underpay their employees. Managers/ people in leadership positions are not organized and not supportive. Not very good at finding solutions but asked workers to go over and beyond for little pay. Management style is micromanaging and passive aggressive. Only great thing is the benefits. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this job.
