I won’t hire based on a degree and being stuck up. We need people in the office to have heart and respect and a willingness to work hard. Administration needs to be able to hire who they think will work best since they are in the office with them at least 40 hours a week and not corporate.
As a supervisor, I would be in constant communication with all staff members. I would honor all staff with constant recognition and constructive criticism, while offering workshops and in services to promote a healthy work environment.
Have corporate management trust administration. Have HR be neutral and allow each office to hire.
I would make sure that my employees were qualified and properly trained, and then strive to ensure my employees felt recognized for their accomplishments, instead of belittled for their mistakes.
San Antonio office management and staff nothing but stuck up people. Want u to fly like superwoman for little pay. Adminstrator needs to learn how to treat applicants with respect.
