Mr. Outside Hire
Employee (Current Employee) –  Middleton, WIMarch 14, 2018
There is constant corporate restructuring. The aim is at improving efficiency but it really just makes things difficult on middle management. This company needs to start promoting from within. Most employees fall into two groups, trying to gut it out until retirement or keeping their head down in an entry level position long enough to have experience on their resume. Pay seems to be far below market value. There are plenty of people with quality college degrees working for $16 an hour and have no room for advancement.

My advice to management would be to start investing in your employees. Develop their skills and promote those who have proven themselves quality employees. This job market is red hot and a 3 percent raise isn't going to keep people from answering recruiters offering near double what they are making now.

Great place to work
Human Resources (Current Employee) –  Middleton, WIJanuary 2, 2018
I've been here for a couple of months and have been treated with nothing but respect and appreciation. We have a new, beautifully redesigned office space, flexible hours, unlimited vacation, great benefits and you are fully vested in a generous 401k plan from the start.
Pros
Unlimited vacation, generous 401k

Hated every day
Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Middleton, WIOctober 16, 2017
Many departments have quality employees. Mine was full of the lazy and the incompetent. There is a widespread mindset of keeping your head down and doing exactly the same thing, day after day. Always opportunities to do more work (in terms of volume), little opportunity to do anything new, or get promotions. In my time there they lurched from one disaster to another.

Entrepreneurial and Free-Thinking
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY HEALTHCARE UNDERWRITER (Current Employee) –  Middleton, WISeptember 4, 2017
Great place to work. Environment is very productive, entrepreneurial, and fun. Upper management encourages free-thinking and most employees have a very self-motivated/self-starter attitude. Can be competitive at times but the competitiveness drives team togetherness and productivity. There are a lot of bright, experienced people working at the company, which helps create a favorable learning environment throughout departments.
Pros
Unlimited Vacation, Flexible Work Schedules
Cons
Limited Career Advancement Opportunities

Productive and fun workplace
Office Manager - ATL (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GADecember 16, 2016
Promotes work/home life balance. Able to work from home. Hardest part of the job is saying good-bye. The most enjoyable part of the job is that it never seemed like work.
