Get better managers. Ours rarely shows up unless one of the sups emails his district manager to complain. But that's how you get anything done at the site in Neosho. Just keep emailing the next guys boss until you get what you want. But it all starts with having an ineffective manager and crumbles from there.

First and foremost they must have the right person as the selected.lead. This person is the liaison between you & your money, and getting it submitted for you to get paided. You shouldn't have to know or feel like you have to walk on egg shells with this particular person. They give the lead to much control. He actually dicdictates your pay, as well as his, which is always great.
