Where do I start? The constant mind games, the micromanagement, no care about you as a human, I'll stop now there is millions of stressful things.
Only having one shift so you're there as long as it takes to get done no matter how crazy production numbers are.
Ridiculous work loads and long hours
Micromanaging is very rampant here. If your in the bathroom too long, they will come look for you.
