Good place to work.
Quality Control Technician (Current Employee) –  West Union, IAMarch 30, 2019
Good place to work, pay is good, good people to work with, monthly bonuses. Free lunch once a month. Lots of cross training with plenty of new things to learn.

Great workers but upper management is a joke.
Front welder (Former Employee) –  Groveland, FLMarch 21, 2019
Not flexible at all when it comes to handling your personal things. The workers are great but when it comes to anything in the office it gets stressful. Also the raises were great ! Until the new plant manager was hired, its all going downhill from there. This isnt me bashing on the plant this is simply the plain truth.
Pros
2 free lunches a month
Cons
short breaks, strict when they want to be

Lots of Opportunity
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  FloridaMarch 7, 2019
Great place to work. It is a large enough company so they can provide great benefits, a large amount of resources to learn the trade and industry, and have room to move up and advance within the company. At the same time, it feels like a small family business that cares about their employees. They are extremely motivating and passionate about what they do.

It was a great learning experience and I enjoyed working at Captive Aire.

Shipping Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Youngsville, NCJanuary 24, 2019
As a shipping supervisor in Oklahoma, I worked 55-60 hours a week with a good pay rate, but we worked hard. Honestly, I would consider this company for anyone who has an actual good work ethic. Not a good place for lazy people.
Pros
good pay
Cons
long hours

Great place to work, if you do not want free time
Sales (Former Employee) –  CaliforniaNovember 15, 2018
Too much power in the hands of too few. Pay is decent, however, you work for every. single. penny. Great management & atmosphere. Leaves much to be desired regarding free time. Roughly 20% below industry market value starting.

Productive, high-volume workplace
Technical Sales Engineer (Current Employee) –  Santa Monica, CASeptember 18, 2018
This company is built for people that are motivated and hard working, and there is a lot of room to grow if you are willing to put in the time. It is a fast paced environment and management works hard to ensure the company is at the leading edge of the market. Due to the high volume and fast pace, stressful situations are inevitable, but also manageable, and allow for good learning experiences.
Pros
Great management, good benefits, many different ways to develop, yourself as an individual, pay is good.
Cons
Plenty of customers do not know what they are doing, making this job more difficult, stressful, work a lot of hours.

niche work that will keep you less competitive
Field Tech (Former Employee) –  FLSeptember 5, 2018
These people will ask you to put your life on hold for them. They think that their company is the Fort Knox of companies.
Well they're not.
To get hired you have to have like five interviews with their staff, and have a minimum of three supervisor level or above references.
They are currently looking to hire HVACR professional because of new tech they've come out with. Beware. They offer salary pay to benefit them. Niche market. Plenty of better companies out their that require less to be hired. And pay by hour with overtime.
Pros
You make your own scheduale.
Cons
No overtime.

Great Job Stability
N/A (Current Employee) –  Bedford, PAAugust 17, 2018
They have a lot of great benefits and incentives. It is is a place where you are expected to show up every day and work hard. If you do that, there are a lot of incentives. Management is fair. Raises are fair and performance based. You will see management out on the floor working more than the average place. This is the type of place that is laborious and expects it's employees to work hard and be present, but you get what you give. The more dedicated you are, the more incentives you will see. This is a place you can move up through advancement as well.
Pros
Hard Laborious work
Cons
Great benefits, great incentives, opportunities to make more money, Fair Management

Not the greatest place to work
Parts manufacturer (Former Employee) –  Bedford, PAApril 3, 2018
Wouldn't be a bad place to work with better management. Raises, promotions, and days off are strictly based on favoritism. Work ethic, quality, production, knowledge and attendance don't matter as long as you suck up to the management. Unlike most normal places you don't have a quitting time so it's hard to plan things or make appointments. You might get off at 2:30 one day and 5:30 the next. If there were more places to work in the area this place would never keep a full staff. Management only cares about themselves and their money. No thought, care, or respect is shown toward employees what so ever.
Pros
Company lunch and decent benefits
Cons
Stressful and unfair treatment of employees

Assembly/Fabrication (Former Employee) –  Youngsville, NCJune 8, 2017
Steady work week, always something to do. If you like a comfortable working environment, this is not the place for you. Can be a hazardous environment. Must always wear PPE. Very strict on safety. Regular drug test-if you do drugs, don't bother applying. Must always be on time, tardiness is not acceptable.
Pros
Guaranteed work/pay
Cons
Very physically demanding job
