The most useful review selected by IndeedThe job hiring process was smooth but come the start date I was left on my own to figure out everything. The company seriously lacks onboarding and training. I saw multiple people come and go in a short amount of time, serious turnover rate and lacking in job security. When reviewing the “perks” of the job benefits and holiday pay it is not worth the disheveled mess you have to deal with working at a place like this. They do not offer any 401(K) matching and the few holidays they acknowledge and pay for is a very small list. Overall I would not recommend working here, managers stink, they do not value employees, they do not like change, and no matter who you talk to and voice concerns too nothing ever changes.

This company is a forward thinking leader in the industry. They sell vehicles dealer to dealer. Great flexibility and leadership within. You can make great money here also.
