To become part or our team we have some simple requirements which are to, be professional, have a great attitudes, have great energy, show up to work on time, and deliver Rock Star Customer Experiences. We go above and beyond to train team members to deliver excellence. I have reviewed the situation you are describing, and I have concluded that you were reprimanded for not doing your job and delivering poor customer service. Car Vision will not tolerate this. The customer ALWAYS comes first! I hope people reading your review and my answer will understand what we expect from a team member and only apply here if they think they can meet this standard.
